About Us
We are a global collective of grassroots organisations, networks, institutions, indigenous peoples, and entities brought together by the realization of how UNFCCC COPs and similar international negotiation platforms have failed the real people most affected by Climate Change. Through our collective, we gather inputs of people from affected communities and provide a platform for the often excluded voices in elitist platforms like what has bocome of UNFCCC COPs. Currently, twenty organisations are facilitating the People’s COP, and dozens more have endorsed it so far.
We believe the People’s COP is the most vital platform for including the voices of the most affected people by climate change across the globe.
